The Geissele Super Duty MOD1-A 5.56mm Ambidextrous 13.9 SBR 08-760S splits the difference between a compact house gun and a rifle with real reach, giving up almost nothing in either direction. It carries the same DNA as Geissele's full-size duty rifles, just packaged into a barrel length that stays maneuverable indoors without falling apart at distance.

A cold hammer forged, chrome-lined 13.9" barrel with a 1:7 twist runs on a mid-length gas system tuned around Geissele's Super Compact Gas Block, which keeps cycling smooth and felt recoil low across a wide range of 5.56 loads. This is the same barrel and gas tuning found across the Geissele Super Duty MOD1 line, so reliability here isn't a scaled-down promise - it's the same engineering, shortened.

Fully ambidextrous controls carry over directly from the platform: a left-side magazine release below the Maritime Bolt Catch speeds up reloads for left-handed shooters, while a dust-cover-actuated bolt catch and release button on the right keep things instinctive no matter which hand is running the gun. The SSA-E X® trigger with Lightning Bow® delivers a crisp, repeatable break that holds up shot after shot, and the B5 Systems Enhanced SOPMOD stock rides a mil-spec buffer tube for a solid, adjustable cheek weld.

This Geissele 13.9 Super Duty build ships with a 12.9" MK16 rail featuring Geissele's Center Tab mating system, so optics and accessories go on square and stay there.
