Geissele Super Duty MOD1-A 5.56mm Ambidextrous 11.5" DDC SBR 08-691S compresses the full Super Duty MOD1-A component spec into a shorter, more maneuverable package - same bolt, same trigger, same barrel process as the rifle variants, just cut down for close-range work.

The barrel is cold hammer forged, chrome-lined, and holds a 1:7 twist on Geissele's tapered profile, running through a carbine-length gas system with a .067" gas port tuned specifically to this barrel length. This Geissele Super Duty MOD1-A build pairs that with a Super Compact Gas Block set for reliable cycling under sustained use, not just a handful of magazines at the range.

Fully ambidextrous controls carry over from the platform - a left-side magazine release below the Maritime Bolt Catch and a dust-cover-actuated bolt catch and release on the right, so the manual of arms doesn't change based on which hand is running the gun. Inside, a Nanoweapon®-coated Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group runs with a forged Stressproof Bolt, and the SSA-E X® trigger with Lightning Bow® gives a clean two-stage break that holds up over high round counts. A 10.5" MK16 rail with Geissele's Center Tab mating keeps everything locked in place up front.
