The Sons of Liberty Gun Works Broadsword Billet/L89A Upper Receiver is a premier precision barreled upper group that integrates the enhanced utility of the L89A handguard. Built on the reinforced Broadsword-89 billet receiver, this system is engineered with increased surface area at the barrel nut interface to virtually eliminate rail flex and harmonic shift. It features a 14.5-inch Precision SPR 416R stainless steel barrel with proprietary three-groove polygonal rifling and a mid-length gas system for a smooth, reliable recoil impulse. The defining feature of the L89A rail is its integrated ARCA rail on the 6 o'clock position, allowing for rapid and secure tripod mounting. This "No Muzzle Device" (NMD) version leaves the 5/8x24 threaded muzzle bare, providing the shooter total flexibility to select their own suppressor mount or muzzle brake.
