The Sons of Liberty Gun Works Broadsword Billet/L89 Upper Receiver is a high-performance, precision-oriented complete upper designed for maximum structural rigidity. Built around the Broadsword Billet Upper Receiver, which features increased wall thickness and surface area at the barrel nut interface, it significantly reduces handguard and barrel flex. This model utilizes a 14.5-inch precision barrel chambered in .223 Wylde, allowing for the safe and highly accurate use of both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. To ensure standard rifle compliance without NFA registration, the SOLGW NOX Flash Hider is permanently pinned and welded (P&W), bringing the legal length to 16 inches. The system is completed with the L89 Drivelock handguard, featuring a titanium barrel nut and a three-point locking system for rock-solid accessory and optic retention.
