This BCG features a properly torqued and staked, chrome-lined gas key, ensuring maximum durability and superior gas sealing. The cam pin is precisely machined, and the carrier's extended upper rails deliver significantly improved stability and feeding reliability during operation.

The Reliability Enhanced BCG is built for extreme performance. The bolt itself is crafted from Carpenter 158+ Steel, a material known for its strength, consistency, and low impurity content. Through a specialized forging process, similar to the one used in Geissele’s upper and lower receivers, the bolt’s grain structure is optimized for unmatched durability, offering five times the lifespan of a mil-spec bolt. To further enhance the BCG’s performance, each component—gas key, cam pin, and bolt—is coated with Geissele's exclusive Nanoweapon DSL (Durable Solid Lubricant), which resists corrosion, wear, and abrasion. Each barrel undergoes rigorous High-Pressure Testing (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) to guarantee reliability and optimal performance. To further enhance durability, the GFR features the exclusive Anti-Strike Super Compact Block.
