The Geissele Super Duty MOD1 5.56 NATO 16" 1:7" CHF Bbl Black Rifle 08-395B is an upgraded version of Geissele's popular Super Duty series. It features a precision-machined cold hammer-forged barrel with a chrome lining for durability. Equipped with an HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD 556 muzzle device and Geissele's Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group, including a Nanoweapon-coated cam pin and Stressproof Bolt for enhanced performance. The Geissele 08-395B rifle also boasts a two-stage SSA-E X Lightning Bow trigger and a Super Duty lower made from premium aluminum, equipped with Geissele's Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit. Completed with an updated MK16 Super Modular Rail for versatile optics mounting, a B5 Systems Enhanced Sopmed Stock, and an Airborne Charging Handle.
The Geissele Super Duty MOD1 Rifle represents an advanced iteration of Geissele's acclaimed Super Duty series. Featuring a precision-machined, cold hammer-forged barrel made of top-grade steel, it boasts a manganese phosphate coat and chrome lining for exceptional durability against various environmental conditions. Geissele Super Duty MOD1 Rifle equipped with an HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD 556 suppressor-ready muzzle device, the Rifle ensures reduced flash signature.
Central to its performance is Geissele's proprietary Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group (BCG), boasting Nanoweapon coating and a chrome-lined gas key for enhanced resilience. The BCG also incorporates a cam pin machined from H13 tool steel with Nanoweapon coating, along with extended upper rails to bolster stability and feeding reliability. The Stressproof Bolt, crafted from Carpenter 158+ barstock, offers superior strength and fatigue resistance.
Further enhancing its capabilities, the Rifle features a two-stage SSA-E X Lightning Bow trigger, offering a smooth first-stage take-up and crisp second-stage break. The Super Duty Lower, machined from premium 7075-T6 aluminum, houses Geissele's Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit with an ambidextrous configurable safety and an Ultra Precision trigger guard.
To accommodate a variety of optics, the Rifle boasts an updated MK16 Super Modular Rail, meticulously aligned with the upper receiver to prevent rail rotation. This rail system extends along the receiver and fore-grip, providing ample space for mounting iron sights, red dots, scopes, and thermal/night vision devices. Completing the package are an SB Tactical SBA3 Brace and an Airborne Charging Handle, ensuring ergonomic handling and reliable operation.
