The 1-8x24 PM II ShortDot CC integrates a true red dot sight with the patented CC mode into one riflescope. Simply turn the magnification adjustment beyond the soft click at 1.1x to ‘CC’, and the system becomes parallax-free with a true 1x magnification for near distances of 7–10 m. The bright red dot in the second focal plane then serves as the aiming mark, while the fine CQB2 reticle is for tactical use at higher magnifications. All of this is accompanied by a generous eye box for quick acquisition.
