The Sako TRG 42A1 is a precision rifle chambered in .338 Lapua Mag, featuring a 27-inch barrel with a 1:10 twist rate. Its tungsten gray finish enhances durability and aesthetics. Designed for extreme long-range shooting, the TRG 42A1 offers adjustable features, including a customizable stock for length of pull and cheek height, as well as a fully adjustable trigger. The Sako JRSWA535 rifle is equipped with Picatinny rails for mounting optics and accessories, making it a versatile choice for precision marksmen.
The Sako TRG 42A1 is engineered for extreme long-range precision, available in powerful .300 Win Mag and .338 Lapua cartridges. One of its standout features is the skeletonized stock, which can be folded for convenient storage and transportation. The stock is easily adjustable for length of pull and cheek height with the push of a button.
Additionally, a Picatinny rail on the underside allows for the attachment of a monopod or the included polymer grip. For customization, the Sako TRG 42A1 Rifle boasts top-mounted Picatinny rails on both the receiver and forend, providing ample space for optics, clip-on night vision, and thermal devices. The forend also includes multiple M-LOK cut-outs for bipod attachment while reducing weight.
Other notable features include an ergonomically positioned ambidextrous safety mechanism located in front of the trigger guard, enabling easy manipulation with the index finger. Furthermore, the trigger is fully adjustable, allowing users to modify both its pull weight and distance for optimal performance.
