The Sako 100 Explorer Wood in 6.5 Creedmoor JRS100WOOD382/24 is a high-end, modular bolt-action rifle built to mark Sako’s centennial. It features a 24.3-inch barrel with an M15x1 muzzle thread, enabling compatibility with various muzzle devices or suppressors. This Sako JRS100WOOD382/24 rifle is designed with a switch-caliber system, allowing users to change calibers easily using an included torque wrench, which adds versatility for different hunting or shooting applications. Its manual cocking safety (MCS) system enhances safety by allowing the rifle to remain uncocked with a round chambered and enables silent cocking.
The rifle includes a premium grade 3 walnut stock with a Monte Carlo comb and schnabel forend, combining traditional craftsmanship with ergonomic handling. For consistency and accuracy, optics are mounted directly to the barrel, maintaining zero even when the barrel is swapped.
