The Geissele Super Precision Mark 5 35mm DDC Scope Mount 05-883S was purpose-built to work with Leupold's Mark 5 line of optics, engineered specifically for the longer SR-25/AR-10 variant uppers rather than adapted from a standard AR-15 mount. It's the kind of pairing that comes from designing the mount and the optic relationship together, not fitting one to the other after the fact.

This Geissele Super Precision mount clamps to the upper using Geissele's update of the classic nut and bolt method, delivering 1,400 pounds of clamping force, up to three times more than any lever-style system. Machined from a single piece of billet 7075-T6 high strength aluminum, it carries the same return-to-zero reliability that defines the rest of the Super Precision line, with a mounting surface spanning 13 picatinny sections and precision machined shear lugs that lock the optic in place through recoil.

At 0 MOA inclination and a 1.54" centerline height, this 35mm scope mount gives SR-25/AR-10 platform rifles proper cheek weld and ergonomics without introducing any built-in cant.
