The Geissele Border Patrol 5.56 NATO 11.5" Bbl Pistol w/SBA3 Brace 08-493B is engineered to deliver top-tier performance with a focus on durability and reliability. This Geissele 08-493B pistol features a Geissele cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined 11.5-inch barrel with a 1:7 twist rate, providing excellent accuracy and longevity. Its robust gas system, constructed from 17-4 stainless steel, ensures consistent performance under rigorous conditions. The MK 20 Super Modular Rail is skeletonized to reduce weight while maintaining strength, equipped with M-Lok slots for versatile accessory attachment and a keyed mating system to prevent handguard movement. The upper and lower receivers are forged from 7075 T6 aluminum and hard-coat anodized, offering a resilient platform with stainless-steel take-down pins, posi-lock safety, Ultra Duty magazine release, and Super Duty trigger guard for enhanced functionality.
The Geissele Border Patrol is a rugged AR-platform rifle that maintains mil-spec functionality. Available in barrel lengths of 11.5", 14.5", 16", and 18", it features carbine, mid, and rifle-length gas systems, all made from durable 17-4 stainless steel. The gas block is secured with both pins and set screws to ensure precise alignment.
To reduce weight, the Geissele Border Patrol Rifle is equipped with a skeletonized 20 Super Modular Rail featuring M-LOK slots and a keyed mating system to prevent handguard twist. The rifle's upper and lower receivers are forged from 7075 T6 aluminum and hard-coat anodized, and include stainless-steel take-down pins, a posi-lock safety, Ultra Duty magazine release, and Super Duty trigger guard.
Additional features include Geissele's ambidextrous Government Charging Handle, a braided wire buffer spring for enhanced reliability, and ALG Defense’s Advanced Combat Trigger, which offers improved smoothness and corrosion resistance over standard mil-spec triggers.
