The Desert Tech MDRx Micron 11.5" 5.56 NATO/.223 Rem Side Ejection Barrel Assembly utilizes the newly designed gas block for enhanced reliability and the new Ratchet compensator. The barrel assembly does not include the bolt, ejection panel, magazine insert, or handguard. Desert Tech MDRx Micron Barrels are only compatible with MDRx SE rifles and chassis.
