The Ravus Binocular Pack was named after the Latin term for Grizzly Bear, the fierce and versatile apex predator with a unique ability to adapt to a vast range of conditions and environments, and effectively hunt a wide array of prey. The Ravus Binocular Pack allows you, the hunter, to customize your setup to fit your individual needs, and modify it in the field as the situation demands. The pack features a front opening lid on the main compartment and utilizes a magnetic closure to keep noise to a minimum. The interior of the main compartment measures 6.75” x 6.25” x 3.5” (LxWxH), more than enough room the fit the majority of roof prism binoculars up to 12x50, as well as most rangefinding binoculars. The rear of the main compartment features a 5.75” x 5” flat mesh pocket which can be used to store flat items like tags, and two mesh pockets on the side are also included to store small items like mouth reeds and wind checkers. The front and sides of the main compartment feature Alaska Guide Creations’ custom accessory attachment points to mount additional accessories and personalize your setup.
Other features include a Ravus pocket that comes attached to the bottom of the binocular pack, but can also be attached to the front, and an additional Ravus pocket can be added as well to run dual pockets – one on the front and one on the bottom. The Ravus pocket is 6” x 3.25” x 1.5” and is excellent for storing items such as knives, laser rangefinders, a head lamp, and other small necessities. In addition, the Ravus Binocular Pack comes with the Gen L Harness, a slim and padded harness that contains the excess webbing within the shoulder straps to eliminate dangling webbing. The Gen L Harness also features Pro Tethers, a 3/8” elastic webbing that secures and protects the optics in the event of a drop.
