Sound knowledge in the working of rifle scopes, binoculars, rangefinders, spotting scopes and firearms
Answer basic technical questions from customers regarding our product lines including questions on usage, installation, or compatibility, website issues, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and warranty support
Actively call from a list of warm potential customers to close sales
Advise prospective and current customers and influence to purchase and/ or retain product by giving product reference information
Assist in the processing and shipping of daily orders from our website and other online platforms
Process incoming returns and warranty exchanges
